Furnace engineering and refractory services

Dev ChainmatiX provides complete, turnkey project management for your refractory installations, with one-source responsibility for every part of the job: lining design, anchor selection, project scheduling, crew sizing, equipment and materials coordination, and competent technical supervision in the field by our trained furnace professionals.

We provide client-specific refractory services, whether total support, procurement support or inspection only. We study existing furnaces and heating equipment, evaluate the refractory design, and suggest modifications for improved productivity and longer refractory life.

We also specify refractory to suit particular operating conditions, and provide complete engineering support: refractory bills of materials, detailed specifications and application guidelines. Refractory procurement is a complex task, and our experience helps select the right suppliers against the specified requirements.
